Chef Shane Sauvage has been in the restaurant business for 39 years, working his way through the ranks from an early age. In 1995, he fulfilled the dream of opening his own restaurant with his partner Janet, and dubbed it La Pentola. With La Pentola as a platform, Shane’s career soared and their partnership flourished to new heights raking up over 35 (and counting) local and international accolades and awards including:
